Welcome to DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile telecommunications services and our online platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, activating, or using any of the services provided by DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L., including but not limited to mobile voice and data plans, eSIM provisioning, physical SIM ordering, MVNO wholesale services, number portability, corporate mobile plans, M2M/IoT connectivity, and accessing our online platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L.

2. Services Provided

DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. provides a range of telecommunications services, including:

• Mobile voice and data plans (prepaid and postpaid)
• eSIM provisioning and remote activation
• Physical SIM ordering and nationwide delivery logistics within Spain
• MVNO wholesale services and carrier partnerships
• Number portability and local number provisioning
• Corporate mobile plans and M2M/IoT connectivity for Spanish businesses
• Roaming optimization and EU roaming compliance
• Coverage mapping and network performance analytics
• Local customer support in Spanish, Valencian, and English
• Regulatory liaison and CNMC compliance assistance

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of our services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications and data privacy.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only and refrain from any activity that could harm our network, services, or other users.
• Protect your account credentials and bear responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Adhere to our Fair Usage Policy for mobile data and voice services, which may be updated from time to time.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

Details regarding the pricing of our services, payment methods, and billing cycles will be communicated to you at the time of subscription or purchase. All charges are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties. Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide continuous and reliable service, DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service availability and quality may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network congestion, environmental conditions, maintenance, and technical failures. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with prior notice where feasible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our online platform, or used in connection with our services, are the property of DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without our express written permission.

7. Termination of Service

You may terminate your service agreement with DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. in accordance with the specific terms of your service plan. DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L. does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigosMovis Mobile Spain S.L., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Valencia, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
